Complete online check-in before arrival. On check-in day from 3 PM, open the guest app, tap "Request access code" and activate your PIN for Casa Hirsch.

When you arrive, you can park your car in the parking lane on the right-hand side, which runs parallel to the main road. If all the parking spaces are occupied, you can drive out again and turn right immediately afterwards and stop there briefly.

To get into the apartment, first ring the bell at the “Kunzemann” sign. After a few seconds, the front door will open automatically.

Take the staircase or the elevator to the 2nd floor and head for the door on the left to the arcade.

Open this door and enter the arcade and go through to apartment number 94. Here you will find the Kunzemann sign and a black keypad next to the apartment door.

To enter the apartment, use the black keypad to enter the PIN that we have sent you by message. The door should be pulled slightly while you are entering the PIN. Once the lock has opened, the door can be pushed open. You will find the key to the apartment, the front door and the underground parking space on the windowsill in the apartment.

The entrance to the underground parking garage is in the same building around the corner, address: Rosenheimer Str 20 To get there, turn left out of the parallel junction, turn left at the traffic lights (see picture) and after a few meters turn left into the garage entrance.

After the underground garage door, go down one floor to the right and then through to the end on the 2nd basement floor.

You can park your car in the parking space with the number 109.

Via the staircase, which you can reach via the door opposite, you can get back to the apartment on the 2nd floor.
