Check-in Villa Vaicun
Willkommen bei Villa Vaicun! Folge diesen Schritten für deinen Self Check-in.

1. Guest app & online check-in
Complete online check-in before arrival. On check-in day from 3 PM, request your access code in the guest app.

2. Hotel rooms — entrance (Nuki)
Enter your Nuki PIN from the guest app at the left or right main entrance. Wait briefly after entering the PIN — the door opens automatically, do not push.

3. Room key — key cabinet
Collect your room key from the key cabinet at the entrance. Code depends on your room number (see guest app / check-in message).

4. Apartment — separate access
Apartment: use the middle exterior entrance (not the hotel main entrances). Key box labelled “Schlüsselbox AP”, code 9918. Apartment on basement level (−1).
