The space
Parking spot Leonardo: Your dedicated parking space is on the property between house numbers 6 and 6A – included in the price.
Kitchen: Start the day with complimentary Nespresso coffee or tea. Fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer, pots, pans and dining table.
Living room: Relax on the designer sofa in front of the LG smart TV – the sofa offers one additional sleeping space. A slightly steeper staircase leads to the gallery loft with a 1.80 m mattress in the living room.
Bedrooms: Three separate bedrooms – two with double beds and one with a single bed. Ideal for families and groups of up to 8 guests.
Bathroom: 1.5 bathrooms with rain shower, guest WC and complimentary toiletries.
Guest access
The entire apartment is yours. Self check-in anytime via smart lock keypad – no key handover on site. The apartment is at the end of the hallway on the left on the 2nd floor (mirror image of Casa Leopold).
Other things to note
Quality bed linen and bathroom amenities included. Tourist tax must be paid before arrival; pre-check-in is required for guest registration. Both are handled digitally via our guest app, along with arrival info, parking, WiFi and optional extras.
